| 제목 | Synthesis and properties of photosensitive polyester derivatives for LCD color-filter |
| 초록 | To make a alkali soluble and photosensitive polyesters for LCD color-filter, we synthesized a fluorene epoxy acrylate and various aromatic dianhydrides-based binder polymers. Afterward, we made a photo resist solution and Black matrix pattern by lithography process. In this study, we compared the analytical properties of those polymers and lithography pattern. |
