제목 Synthesis and properties of UV-curable polyurethane acrylates containing fluorinated acrylic monomer/vinyl methacrylate
초록 A series of UV-curable polyurethane acrylates containing fluorinated acrylic monomer were prepared from vinyl end-capped polyurethane prepolymer containing IBOA/MMA/perfluoroalkyl acrylate mixture/ crosslingking agent(vinylmethacrylate, VMA). The chemical structure and properties of resulting UV-cured polyurethane acrylate films containing 0, 3, 6, 9, 12 and 15wt% of VMA monomer content were studied using FTIR, XPS, DMA, contact angle goniometer and tensile test machine. This study focused on the effect of VMA content on the mechanical properties and surface property(high contact angle/low surface energy: antifouling property)to find the optimum content of VMA for obtaining high performance antifouling coating materials.
