제목 Solution Processed Metal Oxide Film on Polymeric Substrate for Moisture Barrier
초록 Thin films designed to prevent gas or water molecules from permeating through a polymer film remains a major challenge for food, electronics, and even fuel cells. Reactive gases (e.g., O2 ) and moisture cause food to perish, create electrical instability in microelectronics, and reduce the life span of electrodes. Sol-gel method has been used to prepare a variety of metal oxide thin films owing to its versatility. In the present work, single layers metal oxide film are deposited on polymeric substrate by using sol-gel method to investigate the gas barrier property of these thin film.
