제목 Inverted polymer solar cells fabricated by inkjet method
초록 In this work, we demonstrate inverted polymer solar cells (I-PSCs) fabricated from an elaborate manipulation of inkjet printing method through optimized solvent mixture. All layers of the I-PSCs including a blend of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) as a donor and [6,6]-phenyl C60-butyric acid methyl ester (PC60BM) as an acceptor, titanium sub-oxide (TiOx) as an electron selective layer, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) as a hole transport layer was coated with controlling type of solvent. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) data indicated that morphology of active layer was significantly affected by both surface tension and boiling point of solvent. Finally, the optimized I-PSC with combination of solvent fabricated by inkjet method shows around 1% of power conversion efficiency (PCE). We anticipate that our results can contribute the optimization of continuous printing process for polymer solar cells.
