제목 Synthesis and characterization of new polynorbornene  with various polyimide side chain  
초록 The synthesis of new polynorbornene with three kinds of phenylenediamines and two kinds of anhydrides. Each polymers is consisted of three molecules : Poly(norbornene-exo-anhydride), Phenylenediamine and anhydride. In this study, there is charge transfer (CT) complex formation at each side chain unusually and the side chain influences their color, mechanical property, dielectric constant. Polynorbornenes was prepared via ring-opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP) using well-defined vinylidene ruthenium catalysts. We made six kinds of polymers. We demonstrate properties of polymers by thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray diffraction.
