제목 헤모글로빈의 microencapsulation에 의한 산소전달효율의 향상
초록 The purpose of this study for an intravascular lung assist device of oxygen transfer was enhanced of using artificial red blood cells(hemosome) through microencapsulation of hemoglobin. Hemoglobin was purified from outdated bovin red blood cell used. Phospholipid was purified from egg yolk. The hemosome was prepared by encapsulation of hemoglobin with phospholipid. The function of hemosome was tested by measuring oxygen dissociation curve. Oxygrn dissociation curve of hemosome showed the same as the curve of normal red blood cells. Oxygen transfer showed higher use of hemosome rather than normal blood. Also, oxygen transfer rate showed higher use of hemosome rather than normal blood with time. Therefore, we could decide that hemosome can increase gas transfer because hemosome can continuously keep its oxygen transfer effect.
