제목 Nanoporous Energy Materials for Photoelectrochemical Solar Cells
초록 Nowadays, the exploration of new photoelectrode architectures to improve the light-harvesting and charge-collection properties of sensitized solar cells and related devices has been regarded as a challenging work. In here, the anodization of n-type semiconductor oxides (TiO2 and WO3) exploring pure Ti and W foil and the electrodeposition of p-type semiconductor metal oxides (CuxO: Cu2O, CuO and NiO) and metals (Cu and Ni) within polystyrene bead templates to give nanowire mesh inverse opals were carried out. More detail preparation and several characterization of n- and p-type semiconductors will be discussed.
