| 제목 | Synthesis and Characterization of Zinc Oxide Nanowire |
| 초록 | Zinc oxide nanowire was successfully prepared using thermal chemical vapor deposition and is characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, and EDX. The nanostructure of zinc oxide was significantly depend on the reaction temperature and pressure, substrate temperature and the partial pressure of the oxygen gas. At the specially controlled condition, vertically grown zinc oxide single crystalline nanowire with (002) growth direction was obtained. |
