Synthesis of hydrogels for an atopy treatment by using a gamma-ray irradiation |
| 초록 |
The transdermal route for a drug delivery has attracted researchers attention due to the many biomedical advantages associated with it. In this work, hydrogel patches which contained natural plant extracts were prepared by ‘a freezing and a thawing’, and a gamma irradiation. The fabricated hydrogels had a suitable gel strength. When applied to a wound, the hydrogels revealled a good remedy for atopic dermatitis. There are no problems of toxic residues in the hydrogels. They were easy to attach to the skin they also concomitantly provided a cool feeling. |
