High-Conductivity Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):Poly(styrene sulfonate) films using Electrospray Deposition Method |
초록 |
Plastic electronics based on organic semiconductors have received significant attention due to their potential for low-cost roll-to-roll production and solution processability on flexible substrates. Spin-Coating (SC) method has been considered as the most reliable deposition method for rigid devices, but it is not suitable for the roll-to-roll manufacturing system due to its discontinuous process. For this reason, several continuous deposition methods have been developed such as screen printing and inkjet printing. Recently, electrospray (ES) deposition process has been emerging as a promising film deposition technique due to continuous process and reduction of the discarded materials. |
