Polyurethaneurea materials have been widely used in many products due to the diversity of the properties and processing technologies. Polyurethaneurea is composed of hard and soft segments. Polyurethaneurea constitudes more stronger physical union than polyurethane, so physical properties of polyurethaneurea are superior to polyurethane. In this study, polyurethaneurea was synthesized from 4,4′-methylene diphenylene diisocyanate, ethylenediamine, 1,2-diaminopropane, diethylenetriamine, diethylamine, polytetramethylene ether glycol with molecular weights of 2000 and polycarprolactone with molecular weight of 1000 or 2000. And N,N-dimethylacetamide was used for solvent in this synthesis. The segmental orientation behaviors have been studied mainly with the infrared spectroscopy. Physical properties of polyurethaneurea were studied by utilizing DMA, UTM and TGA. And the property of hydrosis was studied by autoclave. |
