| 제목 | Poly(p-phenylene ethynylene)-based blue light-emitting devices |
| 초록 | We here report polymer blue light-emitting diodes with substituted Poly(p-phenylene ethynylene) attached with alkyl substituted fluorene or biphenylene as the emissive layer. These polymers were prepared by the palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling polycondensation of aryl acetylene and aryl iodides. They were soluble in common organic solvents and molecular weight were observed over 20,000 by GPC. The electroluminescent (EL) properties of these polymers were studied with LiAl cathode. |
