제목 Multilayered Silica Nanocomposite for Magnetic, Fluorescent, and Surface-enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) Trifunctional Applications
초록 Silica nanoparticles (NPs) are considered as a versatile template for functional nanoprobes, because of chemical and thermal stability, and facile surface modification. Based on these properties of silica NPs, multifunctional NPs could be synthesized by assembling various types of metal NPs on single silica nanostructure. SERS (Surface-enhanced Raman scattering) technique has a lot of strong points in optical analysis of targets, such as narrow signal bandwidth and stability to photobleaching. Magnetic property can be used for easy separation of samples. Fluorescence can visualize the NPs for rapid scanning. Here, we have developed multilayered silica nanocomposite which contains superparamagnetic Fe3O4 NPs, fluorescent dyes and Ag NPs. The nanocomposite can be utilized as trifunctional nanoprobe for rapid, sensitive detection and separation of chemical targets.
