Dip-pen Nanolithography (DPN) offers a direct-write method for delivering various molecular species onto the surface of a substrate in one step experiment. Graphene Quantum Dots (GQDs) keep a few nanometer sized pieces of graphene sheet that exhibit photoluminescence (PL) in the visible region, as well as unique electron transport and superior mechanical properties. In this work, we have fabricated GQDs nano-patterns on amine-modified substrate by using the nano-porous poly (2-methyl-2-oxazoline) (PMeOx) hydrogel coated AFM tip with carrier agents. Patterns of GQDs were characterized by AFM, SEM and fluorescent microscopy. |
