제목 Fabrication of Graphene Oxide-Iron Oxide Nanoparticle Composite Thin Films using Langmuir-Schaefer technique
초록 We present a simple method for fabricating graphene oxide (GO)-Iron oxide (Fe3O4) nanoparticle hybrid films at the air-water interface. The Fe3O4 nanoparticles were spread at the interface and compressed to obtain closely-packed hexagonal structure. This nanoparticle monolayers then interact with the GO sheets in the water subphase. Raman spectroscopy results revealed that the GO-Fe3O4 nanoparticle hybrid monolayer were deposited on silicon substrates by Langmuir-Schaefer (LS) technique which allows to control the nanoparticle orientation and GO packing density simultaneousely. By over-compression, the wrinkle structure of GO monolayer can be also obtained. We found that the orientation structure of the nanoparticle was still maintained on the wrinkled GO monolayer from the scanning electron micoscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) results. The SQUID measurements were performed to characterize the magnetic properties of the GO-Fe3O4 nanoparticle hybrid multilayers.
