SCFT approach to ABC copolymer films on a selective substrate |
초록 |
Nanopattern formation in thin films of linear ABC triblock copolymers on a selective substrate is studied here in order to seek for application to fabrication of nanoscale storage media or semiconductors through pattern transfer process. The self-consistent field theory for block copolymers is cast into a field-theoretic simulation method to generate useful nanopatterns without knowing any prior knowledge on symmetry in those patterns. Effective Flory interaction, total chain size, compositions, and film thickness are the control variables in the present analysis. Substrate-block interactions are also taken as a key ingredient to understand how the selectivity of the given substrate can alter stable or metastable nanopatterns in the films. |
