Residue inhibition of protective film by controlling curing condition of pressure-sensitive adhesive |

At present, domestic display industry has the worldwide competitive technology, but the technology related to the display parts and materials lags far behind in Japan and the United States. Protective films for optical sheet and high-performance adhesives are mostly dependent on the overseas products. The purpose of this study is to develop a pressure sensitive adhesive for protective films by synthesizing high molecular weight acrylic copolymer adhesive resin containing various crosslinking functional groups. The properties of pressure sensitive adhesives were controlled by applying both UV and thermal curing methods while varying the amount of crosslinking agent and UV irradiation dose. |
