제목 Preparation and characterization of fresnoite crystal with K2O-TiO2-GeO2 glass soaking in BaNO3 
초록 In this study, K2O-TiO2-GeO2 (KTG) glass was prepared to observe the effect of glass network former exchange( SiO2→GeO2). The prepared mother glass was soaked in molten Ba(NO3)2 to make transparent glass-ceramics in which fresnoite crystallines were formed on the surface of the mother glass. For KTG glass, the depth of fresnoite crystal is decreased by the ion radius difference K(0.133nm) and Ba(0.134nm) when the ion-exchange process. In order to solve this problem, we tried to exchange glass network former element. The crystalline phase of the soaked glasses was examined by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) by the different glass network former. The structure and composition of the strontium ions exchanged crystalline was analyzed by Scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer(SEM-EDS). Nd:YAG laser (1064nm) were used to observe the crystalline phase of depth, structure and second order nonlinear property.
