Synthesis of N-carbamoylpropagylamines from α-Amidoalkyl sulfone and Alkynyldimethylaluminum prepared from terminal alkynes and trimethylaluminum |
| 초록 |
Propargylamines are a versatile class of compounds whose application in pharmacological and pharmaceutical chemistry has soared. Generally, propagylamines are synthesized from by simple alkylation reactions such as amination of propargylic halides, propargylic phosphates, or propargylic triflates. We have synthesized N-carbamoylpropargyl amines prepared from variety of α-Amidoalkyl sulfone were reacted with alkynylaluminum reagents to provide desired products in excellent yield. |
