Bioreducible chitosan conjugates as drug carrier for cancer therapy |
| 초록 |
In this study, we were prepared bioreducible drug carrier based on chitosan. The bioreducible chitosan was synthesized by coupling reaction between chitosan and lipoicacid. The chemical structure was confirmed by FT-IR, 1H NMR. The morphology, size, and size distribution of prepared carriers with nanosize were confirmed by DLS and TEM. The critical aggregation concentration (CAC) of nano-aggregates was confirmed by fluorophotometer (RF) using pyrene. The anticancer drug-loaded bioreducible chitosans were prepared by dialysis method. The drug release behavior was confirmed in various concentration glutathion (GSH). The cytotoxicity and antitumor activity of them were confirmed by MTT assay.
