In this study, we synthesized thermosensitive chitosan-F127-chitosan tri-block copolymer by radical polymerization. The chitosan was used narrow molecular weight distribution by fraction using ultrafiltration method. The characterization of triblock copolymer were analyzed by 1H NMR, FT-IR and SEM. The triblock copolymer showed that it was occurred sol-gel phase transition at certain temperature by hydrophobic-hydrophilic moiety balance. Its phase-transition behavior was confirmed by vial inversion method. These results suggest that chitosan-F127-chitosan tri-block copolymer can apply biomaterial field such as scaffold for cell delivery.
