제목 Chondrogenic differentiation of human adipose tissue-derived stem cells using dual growth factors loaded nanocarrier-fibrin-PLCL complexes
초록 We induced chondrogenic differentiation of human adipose tissue derived stem cells in situ by effective stimulation via the continuous controlled release of dual growth factors from a pluronic-based nanocarrier-fibrin-PLCL complex. The hASCs suspended in a solution of fibrin gels and growth factor loaded functional nano-carriers were seeded onto PLCL scaffolds. They were implanted into the subcutaneous dorsum of athymic mice to investigate in situ chondrogenic differentiation. Dual growth factors loaded pluronic based nano-carriers for effective chemical stimulation with continuous controlled release and the hybridization of fibrin gels and a PLCL scaffold for 3-D spatial organization of cells would encourage hASCs to differentiate to chondrocytes and to maintain their phenotypes. Consequently, this system could facilitate cartilaginous tissue formation and enhance the quality of cartilaginous tissue formed.
