제목 A Binary Mixture of Fatty Acids for Thermosensitive Drug Release
초록 This paper describes mixtures of fatty acids that are available for temperature-sensitive release of Pharmaceutical drugs. The mixtures consist of two fatty acids with different melting points. At a specific composition, the mixture represents a single melting point of 38-39 ℃ which is slightly higher than the normal human body temperature. An additional melting point is observed depending on the composition of the mixture. This controllable melting of the mixtures enables the temperature-regulated release of a dye. Below the melting points of the mixtures, the passing of pre-loaded dye molecules are blocked by the mixtures in a solid state whereas the molecules can be released instantly at a temperature higher than the melting points.
