제목 Facile synthesis of three-dimensionally ordered macroporous Si/C composite microparticles as anode material for lithium-ion batteries
초록 In this work, we have prepared the macroporous Si/C composite microparticles and confirmed their electrochemical properties as anode materials for LIBs. The macroporous Si/C composite microparticles were fabricated by using the chemically modified polymer spheres as a carbon source and silicon (Si) nanoparticles through the heat treatment at 500℃ under argon atmosphere. The structural changes and their crystallinities of all Si/C composite particles were characterized by SEM, FIB-SEM, EDX, and XRD. The Si/C composite electrodes exhibited good rate capability with high capacity because of their macroporous structure and high content of Si nanoparticles.
