Highly Detective and Responsive Solution Processed Organic Photodetectors Using Edge-on Aligned Donor Polymers |
초록 |
Organic photodiodes (OPDs) have been extensively developed. Because they can be low-cost of production, flexible and portable electronic devices. Also, they can be easily fabricated by roll-to-roll solution processes on flexible substrates. We synthesized the conjugated polymers PT2OBT, PV2OBT and PFBT2OBT by Stille coupling polymerization. An octyloxy benzothiadiazole (OBT) moiety was used as a weak electron-accepting building block in the polymer system to cause the dominant absorption in the green-light region via weakening the intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) interactions between adjacent electron-donating moieties. The chemical structure and molecular weight were characterized by 1H NMR, GPC, respectively and also the optical and electrochemical properties were evaluated by UV-Vis and CV, respectively. |
