제목 | Ultimate Additives for Passivation of High-Voltage 82% Nickel-based Full-cells |
초록 | LIBs currently are the essential power sources of portable energy devices, e-mobility and large-scale energy storage systems. Selection of battery materials should be made aiming the advancement of electrochemical performance and improvement of battery safety. The composition of state-of-the-art electrolyte system is determined and optimized depending on what cathode and anode active materials are included to an LIB and what battery performance is required under specific condition. We have been studying new electrolyte additives and their unique functions that can competently elevate the overall electrochemical performance by the construction of a stable SEI layer at both anode and cathode. Herein, we report ultimate additives for 82% nickel-based full-cells for the first time, highlighting the benefits of the additives-driven well-working advanced LIBs.
