A Study on the performance of organic solar cells by modification of PEDOT:PSS |
초록 |
Some addititive materials in PEDOT:PSS layer have known to influence on the performance of organic solar cells. To increase the photovoltaic effect of organic solar cells, we have examined the properties of PEDOT:PSS films by modification of several solvents, such as glycols, sorbitol, and so on. Electrical conductivity and surface morphology of spin-coated films were characterized by four-point-probe measurement and atomic force microscopy (AFM), respectively. The device performance of PEDOT:PSS/P3HT:PCBM/LiF/Al structured cells were determined under illumination of 100 mW/cm2 AM1.5 simulated light. We will also discuss the device performance variation by changing solvent. |
