초록 | Chitosan is composed of D-glucosamine and N-acetylglucosamine with a cationic functional group and is commercially produced by deacetylation of chitin. Alginate is composed of α-L-guluronic acid and β-D-mannuronic acid which have an anionic functional group. Alginate nanofiber with Anionic functional group and Chitosan nanofiber with cationic functional group closed in each other during electrospining process. These nanofibers can make polyelectrolyte complexes. Chemical structure and component of nanofiber were determined by fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Morphology of electrospun nanofiber was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). |
