제목 Preparation of silver-doped conductive fabrics using silver carbamate and their conducting and antibacterial properties.
초록  Silver nano particles treated fabrics have some functional behavior sincluding antibacterial activity, UV-protection, self-cleaning, super hydrophobicity, antistatic or electromagnetic protection, etc. In particular, the Ag coated cotton fabric exhibited excellent bactericidal effects on pathogenic bacteria without causing direct skin irritation. In this study, the nano silver particles were loaded directly on the surface of the cotton fibers using a transparent alcoholic solution of organometallic silver 2-ethylhexylcarbamate with a thermal heating at 130 oC. To the best of our knowledge, this approach has not been reported in other similar articles yet. The morphologies of the cotton/AgNPs were observed by a SEM and the water contact angles(WCAs) of the samples were measured at ambient temperatureon a video optical contact angle system. The loading of AgNPs was confirmed using XRD and XPS. In addition, antimicrobial activity of silver coated cotton was determined after incubation of E. coli O157:H7 and S. aureus with the textiles coated with AgNPs.
