제목 Synthesis and characterization of thermally curable inorganic resin for antistatic coating of humidity type on plastic substrates
초록 A thermally curable inorganic resin for antistatic coating of humidity type was polymerized by sol-gel technology from TEOS(tetraethoxyorthosilane), QAS(Quarternary ammonium salt functionalised triethoxysilane) and DIW. The QAS was prepared by reacting benzylchloride and TAS(r-tertiaryaminopropyl triethoxysilane) which was prepared from addition reaction of APS(r-aminopropyltriethoxysilane) and HEA(Hydroxyethylacrylate). The structure of these materials was observed by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) and thermally property was measured by thermo-gravimetric analysis(TGA). The surface properties such as hardness is H or 2H, IPA rubbing test for solvent resistance was 100 times and electronic surface resistance was 108~1011Ω/a with relative humidity.
