제목 CN, Carbazole based high triplet energy bipolar hosts for high efficiency blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes
초록 A novel blue phosphorescent host materials having high triplet energy and bipolar properties were synthesized by combining a CN group having an electron acceptor property and a carbazole having an electron donor property. Using the synthesized blue phosphorescent host materials, blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting devices with high quantum efficiency were developed and their characteristics were studied. New blue phosphorescent hosts based on CN group and carbazole group showed high triplet energy of 3.0 eV or more, and these materials showed effective hole and electron transport properties, showing the characteristics of a bipolar host. The novel blue phosphorescent host material showed a high quantum efficiency of 26% in the sky blue and deep blue devices.
