A-D-A Type Small Molecule Donors with a Planar Structure for Organic Photovoltaics |
초록 |
Significant progress has been made in solution processed organic solar cells (OSCs) with the advantages of lightweight, low cost, and large area fabrication. Recently, the power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) over 11% have been reported for bulk heterojunction OSCs based on polymers and small molecules. In comparison with polymers, small molecules have verstile structures with no batch-to-batch variation. Especially, acceptor-donor-acceptor (A-D-A) structure of small molecules can easily tune the energy levels and enhance a intramolecular charge transport (ICT) by changing each moiety. Herein, we investigated the photovoltaic performances of small molecule donors having indacenodithieno[3,2-b]thiophene (IDTT) core with various end capping units for OSCs. |
