Synthesis and properties of dialkylated-terthiophene derivatived polymers |
초록 |
Semiconducting polymers have been attracting much interest recently for use in organic electronic devices such as photovoltaics, field effect transistors and light-emitting diodes. organic semiconductors has often focused on solution processable semiconducting polymer. The main advantage of the use of solution-processable semiconducting polymers can be deposited using low-cost solution processing methods such as spin-coating, ink-jet printing, and gravure printing Here, we designed new polymers based on dialkylated terthiophene. The obtained polymers were characterized by various spectroscopic methods such as IR and NMR. The thermal, optical and electrical properties of polymer were also investigated. |
