제목 Quinoxaline-based Conjugated Polymers with Strong Electron Accepting  Chlorine and Cyano Groups for Photovoltaic Applications
초록 We designed and synthesized two Quinoxaline-based D-A type conjugated polymers with the chlorine and cyano groups for organic photovoltaic applications. The polymer backbone was constructed through the benzodithiophene (BDT) derivatives as electron-donating units and the chlorine and cyano substituted-quinoxaline as an electron-accepting unit. To improve the solubility and molecular ordering, the thienyl group with two long alkyl chains as side substituents was introduced on the BDT unit. After confirming the polymer properties, the photovoltaic properties were investigated with the general configuration of ITO/ZnO/Polymers: PC71BM/MoO3/Ag inverted-type devices. As a result, this study can explain the correlation of the chlorine and cyano substituent in the quinoxaline structures for photovoltaic applications.
