초록 |
A simple hydrothermal method was used tosynthesize Mn3O4 nanoparticles onto nitrogen-doped graphene (N-doped graphene)as anode materials for lithium ion batteries (LIBs). 20-50 nm sized Mn3O4nanoparticles were well dispersed on N-doped graphene. They exhibited highreversible specific capacity, outstanding cycling stability, and excellent ratecapability (approximately 400 mA h/g at 2.0 A/g). |
