제목 In-situ modification of PP/PC blend and its hybrid on ultrasonic process
초록 It was possible to induce chain scission of the PP in a molten state by high intensity ultrasonic wave. And with the aid of a multifunctional agent (MFA) and ultrasound, a long-chain branched PP and its nanocomposites can be created without any decomposing agent in previous research. Also the recent paper is introduced ultrasonic method by imposing ultrasound and MFA to modify linear PC into branched grade. From these results, it was expected that we may be able to provide the blend information associated with the development of ultrasonic process on structural modification. Another purpose of dosing high-intensity ultrasonic waves can be to enhance nano-scale dispersion during compounding of polymer and clay. The high intensity ultrasonic wave can be applied to additive processing energy in the clay agglomerates and the dispersed phase.
