제목 Effect of silver nanowires on the electrical conductivity of isotropical conductive adhesives
초록 Isotropical conductive adhesives (ICAs), also called as 'polymer solders’, are the composites of polymer resin and conductive fillers. ICAs have been studied extensively to replace the eutectic Sn/Pb solder in various electronic product interconnects. Comparing to the eutectic Sn/Pb solder, one of the main drawbacks of ICAs is the low conductivity resulting in poor current carrying capability. To increase the overall conductivity, the shape of conductive fillers such as nanowire is effective because of reducing the number of contact points between fillers. This study showed the effect of silver nanowires on the electrical conductivity of isotropical conductive adhesives. The silver nanowires/epoxy composites were characterized by XRD, SEM, TGA, DSC and four-point probe measurement.
