In this research, thin La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ (LSCF) membranes were deposited on macro-porous α-alumina substrates by ESD. Thin membranes with various morphologies were obtained according to the α-alumina substrate temperature. The fairly porous LSCF layer pre-coated at 350℃ were employed to offset the thermal expansion coefficient difference between the α-alumina substrate and LSCF membrane during annealing process. The multi-coating was conducted to obtain crack-free membrane structure. The product membranes were analyzed by SEM, EDX, XRD and He permeation test to examine the surface morphologies, chemical composition, phase structure, crack existence of the membranes, respectively. |
