Preparation and Characterization of Ca(OH)2 suspension for Removal of Phosphorous in Pickling Waste Water |
초록 |
Powder Ca(OH)2 used in neutralization treatment of waste water have a problem that dust was severely generated when people used that. To solve this problem, we prepared Ca(OH)2 suspension having dispersion stability Ca(OH)2 suspension prepared by sodium lauryl sulfate(SLS) and glycerol was evaluated as water treatment agents for removal of PO43- in pickling waste water. The amounts of surfactant were added from 0.025 wt% to 0.75 wt%, the effects of the amounts of surfactant on dispersion stability were investigated. Phosphorous in pickling waste water was removed by forming hydroxylapatite Ca5(PO4)3(OH). |
