Surfactant-Induced Monolayer Formation of Graphene Oxide at the Liquid-Gas Interface |
초록 |
Graphene is a single layer exfoliated from a graphite, which can be utilzed in various applications such as transparent electrode, photovoltaics, optoelectronics, electrochemical energy storage, display devices and senors. The key for success in such practical applications is to fabricate graphene monolayers in a large size on arbitrary solid surfaces. We successfully obtained graphene oxide(GO) monolayers by using Langmuir-Blodgett(LB) and Langmuir Schaefer(LS) techniques after spreading amine-terminated octadecylamine(ODA) surfactants on the surface of GO suspension. We succeed in control of the coverage of GO monolayers and their morphologies. we used various techniques to measure the structure of monolayers(i.e.,Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM), Atomic Force Microscopy(AFM) and Neutron reflectivity) and evaluate the reduction of GO sheets(i.e., Raman spectroscopy and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS)) |
