Permeability of ordered PS-b-PMMA Block Copolymer Films in Water |
초록 |
From self-assembly of the block copolymer (BCP) on surface energy controlled substrate, preferential orientation of microdomain arrays can be formed either in parallel or perpendicular orientation in thin film geometry. We investigated water permeability of cylinder-forming polystyrene-block-poly(methyl methacrylate) (PS-b-PMMA) films using neutron reflectivity (NR). Density distribution of each block will be discussed to account for the microdomain orientation dependence on water permeability. |
