제목 Intracellular amino acids analysis in Clostridium autoethanogenum fermentation
초록 Among biofuels, bioethanol and biodiesel are the most widely used biofuel in the world. Bioethanol can be produced by biological CO conversion. However, bioconversion of CO has a disadvantage in that both the concentration of the target product and the production rate are lower the conventional biomass utilization process. Based on the understanding of the metabolism of anaerobic acetogen, a method of improving ethanol productivity using a metabolic control method can be an alternative. Accordingly, it is necessary to identify the factors influencing the growth of the microorganism and the production of the target product by understanding the metabolic pathway through quantitative analysis on the metabolites.
In this study, growth rate and ethanol productivity of Clostridium autoethanogenum were observed according to the concentration of tungsten. Also, intracellular amino acids were analyzed to confirm the changes of metabolism by the influence of tungsten.
