Electrochemical Behavior of Hollow Type Carbon Nano Fiber using Liquid Phase Carbonization |
| 초록 |
Hollow type carbon nano Fiber (HCNF) was fabricated by liquid phase carbonization with anodizing. Porous anodic alumina template was anodized in oxalic acid at 40V for 30 min, and carried out pore-widen process in phosphoric acid at room temperature. Further, carbon precursor was carbonized and annealed at high temperature with anodic alumina template. The hollow type carbon nano fiber has been examined to know electrochemical properties for capacitor. |
