Boron doped diamond is a material with outstanding characteristics. Especially, a wide electrochemical potential window can be applied to various fields, and we also used BDD electrode at biosensor. Serotonin can be utilized for the treatment of obesity, such as depression, anxiety When the lack of serotonin. Therefore the detection of serotonin helps the detection of more than our bodies. It is difficult to separate serotonin from a mixture. In this study, we experimented detection for serotonin by BDD electrode having a wider potential window and the detection of several substances. The experiment use Differential Pulse Voltammetry (DPV). Results, BDD electrode is easier detection for serotonin in mixture than Glassy carbon electrode. |
