Assembly Structure of Collagen and Actin Protein Fibers Inside and Outside Vesicles |
| 초록 |
Protein fibers such as collagen and actin are major structural proteins which consist of inside and outside the cell. Especially collagen is the most abundant material in the extracellular matrix and in connective tissue and actin is essential for muscular contraction, cellular movement and maintenance of cell shape. We study the assembly structure of collagen fiber and actin filament network controlled by ion charge interactions inside vesicles as well as outside vesicles. This can be a simple model system to study structures and interactions of protein fibers and membrance of a living cell. |
