제목 Preparation and characterization of raspberry-like poly(methyl methacrylate)/nanosilica  using 3-(trimethoxysilyl) propyl methacrylate.
초록 In this study, Raspberry-like nanocomposite particles were prepared using tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS) by in situ formation of SiO2 nanoparticles via sol-gel process in the presence of poly(methyl methacrylate-co-3-trimethoxysilylpropyl methacrylate) ⟨P(MMA-co-TMSPMA)⟩ by dispersion polymerization using azo initiator with different TMSPMA content. The P(MMA-co-TMSPMA) particles were used as cores and nanosilica particles were then assembled on the surface to form various raspberry-like particles during the hydrolysis process with different solvent conditions. It is shown that relatively monodisperse polymer particles can be produced about 1.5 to 1.7μm diameters and nanosilica particles about 20 to 50 nm. The raspberry-like particles were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), solid state NMR spectrometer, field scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).
