제목 Polymer Light-Emitting Diodes with Controlled Nano-Stucture
초록 Polymer light-emitting diodes (PLEDs) have many advantages such as low driving voltage, quick response-time, easy processability, flexibility and applicability to large-area flat panel display, therefore many researches have been studied widely. Here, we would like to report the applications of the nanocomposite and nano-structured morphology to the PLEDs. Polymer/nanoporous silica nanocomposite film shows dramatically increased photostability and color purity, and polymer/gold nanoparticle nanocomposite LED shows enhanced luminescent stability by quenching the triplet stats of blue emitting polymer. And we also improved the luminescent properties of PLED by adopting nanoporous morphology to the active layer.
