제목 Preparation of Chitosan-Poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) Microshere and its Physicochemical Properties  
초록  In this study, we prepared poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP)-loaded chitosan microspheres by W/O emersion method. Briefly, 10% chitosan solution and PVP solution were added in the mineral oil with span 80 as a surfactant. And then, we added glutaric aldehyde as a cross link agents in the this solution with control stirring speed. After reaction, the reactant was filtered, and washed by hexane for 3 times. Final product was harvested by dry at the room temperature. The characterization of chitosan microsphere was analyzed by SEM, particle size analyzer, and TGA. In addition, the content of PVP was confirmed by UV spectrophotometer. From these results, the chitosan microsphere can be apply to an arsenic adsorbent.
