Preparation of Graphitic Carbon Patterns from Various Polymers |
| 초록 |
Graphitic carbon patterns (GCPs) were prepared from various polymers by lithography and carbonization processes in this study. The patterns of polymers were prepared by lithographic techniques. The polymer patterns were then carbonized at a high temperature under an inert atmosphere to convert them into GCPs. The results revealed that GCPs were successfully prepared and their properties were dependent on the thickness and lithographic conditions. |
