Biological evaluation of chitosan in cyanobacterium |
| 초록 |
Occurrence of cyanobacterium in many large freshwater lakes has become more frequent worldwide. Thus, we were fractionated chitosan for algicidal in cyanobatera. The characterization of chitosan was investigated by 1H-NMR, FT-IR, DSC, and TGA. Physical properties of fractionated chitosan were investigated by viscosity and GPC. The algicidal effect was demonstrated chlorophyll and microcystins assay in cyanobacterium cell by using HPLC and UV-vis spectrophotometer.
